My first week ... my thoughts
Felt like I was eating nothing ... this was snack size!
I thought Low Fat meant Low Taste.
Where is that Coke when you need one!
Blood testing became a sport as I kept having to chase my finger as I would pull it away!
What is this?? I can eat in 2 hours time?
I felt hungry all the time and I wasn't eating what I liked!
All I needed was a ROUTINE and to start learning about food! After that, slowly it all fell into place! Now it is second nature!
