It's better to be in the 50% that know they are diabetic.

Get your family and friends to learn about diabetes too!

Treat Diabetes seriously .. but remember to LAUGH!

Get your support team ... you are going to need it!

A good walk ... always helps.

Turn up to all your appointments.

Talk to people especially about feelings, questions. Chat with another diabetic!

Diabetes is a change in lifestyle and attitude (it's all good!)
